Meeting discussion

Training and workflow guidance

“I’d like to ask for more structured training on the services we offer and the actual workflow for each one. At the moment, I only have a basic understanding of what each service is, but I’m still unclear about the complete process from beginning to end.

For each service, I’d like to understand what information and access I need to collect from the client, what my responsibilities are, who handles each deliverable, what approvals are required, and when I should follow up or escalate.

I’d also appreciate clearer explanations of the terminology we regularly use, such as campaign strategy, landing pages, creatives, shoot briefs and teleprompter scripts—including their purpose, when they are needed and who is responsible for them.

Queney and Lianna have been very helpful in guiding me on shoot briefs and EOM reports. I would especially like to acknowledge Ate Bettina, who has been very helpful in giving me an overview of my new role and responsibilities. She also continues to guide me through the overall process whenever I encounter a new or unfamiliar task.

Their support has helped me a lot. However, having official workflows, checklists and a clear responsibility map would help me work more confidently, coordinate with the correct people and prevent delays or missed steps.

I’ve also created a report outlining the specific training and workflow guidance I’m requesting. I can share it with the team after the meeting for review and discussion.”

Accuracy note: Counts include only dated contacts and follow-ups recorded in the supplied client history. Items without dated records are clearly labelled rather than estimated.
